DESCRIPTION:This is a free class for expecting moms and partners/support person. \nParents learn what to expect during labor and delivery\, including: stages of labor\, birth plans\, labor positions\, breathing techniques and relaxation\, and pain control options.  Delivering moms will also learn more about epidural anesthesia which is available at WinnMed 24 hours a day\, every day. \nIt’s recommended that participants wear comfortable clothing. \nA meal will be provided. \nFor questions\, please contact our OB Coordinator at 563.387.5361
