WinnMed is proud to announce it has been recognized as a 2026 Top Workplace by USA Today. The national award is based entirely on employee feedback collected through a recent staff satisfaction survey and compares results with organizations across the country in the 500–999 employee category.
This recognition marks WinnMed’s second Top Workplace honor in less than a year, following the 2025 Des Moines Register Top Workplace Award announced last November. Together, the state and national distinctions underscore WinnMed’s strong workplace culture and ongoing commitment to supporting its employees.
“The initial award from the Des Moines Register was a great honor, and we are thrilled to receive recognition at the national level as well,” said Steve Slessor, WinnMed Chief Administrative Officer. “While we appreciate these awards, we more so appreciate our staff and the culture each one of them helps create every day. Our leadership team is thankful to all 650 staff members, advanced practice providers, and physicians.”
