Board of Trustees

The WinnMed Board of Trustees is comprised of seven publicly elected officials who represent all regions of Winneshiek County. The board works closely with members of WinnMed Administration to determine appropriate policy and direction for the medical center, which is owned and governed by the residents of Winneshiek County. Additionally, WinnMed’s Board of Trustees is supported by several board committees, each established to focus on specific areas of governance and oversight. These committees play a vital role in ensuring that key functions—such as finance, quality, and safety—are addressed with dedicated attention and expertise.
