Adding an app to home screen on iPhone (requires iOS 11 or newer) – focus your camera on the QR Code.
Tap on the banner that pops up on your device screen (probably at the top)
Tap on the “Share” icon located at the center bottom of the screen (small square with arrow pointing up)
Scroll down and tap the “Add to Home Screen” button
Tap the “Add” button at the top right corner of the screen
Tap the new WMC Monitoring app icon that shows up, and start the Sign In process

Adding an app to home screen on Android (requires Android Oreo 8.0 or newer) – focus your camera on the QR code. (Older Android phones may not cooperate with this function.)
Be sure the link opens in Chrome mobile browser – copy the address and paste into Chrome address bar, if necessary
Tap on the notification banner at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can tap the Download icon in the upper right corner of the screen; or “Add To Home Screen” option from the 3 dot menu at the upper right corner of the screen
Tap the “Add” button on the banner
Find your app in the Apps folder or an active screen, move it to the home screen and tap to start the Sign In process
