Winneshiek Medical Center has an open medical staff. It consists of physicians who perform the majority of their hospital work and/or regularly provide hospital-based care at Winneshiek Medical Center. Sub-committees of the medical staff provide leadership and guidance to patient care at Winneshiek Medical Center.
